Pillar two

Bookkeeping, tax and back office — the part that happens every month

E-invoicing is a project with an end date. This is the work that carries on afterwards: books reconciled, returns prepared, payroll run, paperwork handled. One fixed fee, the same team, every month.

Monthly bookkeeping

Sales, purchases, bank and cash reconciled every month. Not a scramble in the weeks before a return is due.

Corporate tax preparation

Registration where needed, and the return prepared with supporting computations ready for filing. More on corporate tax

VAT returns

Quarterly returns prepared and reconciled to the books, with the workings attached. More on VAT

Payroll and WPS

Payroll processed, payslips issued and WPS files prepared on schedule, with the journal posted to your books.

Accounts payable and receivable

Supplier bills entered and scheduled, customer invoices issued and chased, aged positions you can rely on.

Back-office administration

Invoicing, filing, document management and the routine correspondence that otherwise lands on the owner's desk.

If you are behind

Catch-up work, done once, properly

Twelve to thirty-six months of unreconciled records is a normal position for a business that has been busy. It is fixable, and it is better fixed before 1 January 2027 than after.

We rebuild the records rather than patching them: bank reconciled month by month, supplier and customer ledgers reconstructed, VAT positions recalculated, and the whole thing handed over as a branded computation with a colour-coded workbook behind it so anyone can follow the workings later.

Most clients move onto a monthly desk at handover, because the reason the records fell behind in the first place has not gone away.

The Cliff Pack
Quoted after a record review

Catch-up and corporate tax readiness for 12 to 36 months of unreconciled records. Priced after a short review, fixed before we start.

  • Bank, sales and purchases reconciled month by month
  • Supplier and customer ledgers rebuilt
  • VAT positions recalculated and reconciled
  • Opening position established for corporate tax
  • Branded computation plus colour-coded workbook

What we do not do

Worth reading before you engage anyone, not after.

Not within our scope

  • Audit or assurance
  • Acting as a UAE Tax Agent registered with the FTA
  • Transfer pricing studies
  • Free zone qualifying income opinions
  • Economic substance regulation filings
  • Personalised tax or legal advice

What that means in practice

We prepare. Where a filing legally requires a registered agent, that filing is made by you or by a registered agent, and we will tell you clearly when you have reached that line rather than quietly stepping over it.

Where a job is outside our scope we will say so and, if we can, point you to someone who does it properly. We would rather lose the work than do it badly.

Tell us your entity type, roughly how many transactions a month, and whether you are up to date. That is enough for a fixed quote.
